orders & shipping
order acceptance: all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason.
shipping & processing: orders are processed within 3–5 business days. shipping times vary based on location. staysolid™ is not responsible for delays due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
pre-orders: some limited releases may be available for pre-order. payment will be collected upfront, and shipping will follow the estimated timeline provided.
returns & refunds
returns: items can be returned within 30 days if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
exchanges: direct exchanges are not available; a new order must be placed after returning the original item.
final sale items: limited edition drops, collaborations, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
refund processing: approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received.
product availability & pricing
limited availability: many staysolid™ products are limited in quantity. once sold out, they may not be restocked.

all transactions are encrypted for security. staysolid™ does not store credit card details.
fraud prevention
purchase limits: to ensure fairness, we may limit quantities per order, per customer, or per household for certain releases.

chargebacks & fraudulent activity: any attempt to file fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from shopping with staysolid™.
