returns & refunds
we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
to be eligible, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

damages & issues
please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
exceptions / non-returnable items
some items are not eligible for return, including:

the fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original, and once accepted, place a new order for what you want.
european union: 14-day cooling-off period
if your order was shipped into the eu, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no explanation needed.

refunds
once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status.
if approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

final sale items
limited edition drops, collaborations, and promotional items are final sale, they cannot be returned or refunded.
